The problem

Traditional inventory counting is slow, expensive and dangerous.

The traditional way

Manual counting from a safety cage
  • Two people go up in a safety cage and scan labels one by one
  • Speed: ~100 pallet positions per hour
  • A 3-person crew: driver + 2 working at height
  • A 10,000-position warehouse = 100 hours per count

With Stockeador

Stockeador scanning an aisle
  • The device mounts on the forks — nobody works at height
  • Speed: 2,500 pallet positions per hour
  • Just 1 person: the forklift driver
  • Records both sides of the aisle at once and processes video in real time
How it works

Three steps. Zero changes to your forklift.

1

Mount it on the forks

Stockeador installs on the forks of any standard forklift. No modification to the vehicle required.

2

Drive the aisles

The driver moves at normal working speed. The device records both sides of the aisle and processes the video on the spot, on its onboard computer.

3

Data ready for your WMS

For every position: occupied or empty, barcode / QR from the pallet label, and mislabeled-pallet alerts. Export to Excel or integrate via API.

Specifications

Built to operate, not to impress.

Everything is managed from a tablet included in the kit, with a web interface and operator / supervisor / administrator roles. Data exports to Excel or straight into your WMS via API.
